World War II, In Focus
[sub_title]

History buffs / WWII fanatics rejoice: In Focus, a photography blog put on by The Atlantic has begun a 20 part retrospective in photographs on World War II. Every week on Sunday morning they'll post on a new theme or event, mostly in chronological order, till it ends in late October. Each post contains new set of photographs with some really interesting tidbits and a short history lesson on whatever is being covered that week. The first two entries have already been made: Before the War and The Invasion of Poland and the Winter War, including 45 images each. I found them, including all the copy, to be very interesting and well worth a look. Here's some of my favorite images from the series so far, but stay tuned to their blog every week for more stories.
